What is digital maturity?
It refers to a company’s progress and ability to implement a digital transformation; therefore, it is very important for the company to know where it is and what its current level is. This is the only way to assess and measure what is needed to achieve full digital maturity.
Digital Maturity is linked to the whole company, but we can classify them into 5 factors that will help you get a better idea of how you are doing:
- Digital business model: Consider strategies that link to digitalisation.
- Organisational design and leadership: Analyse the structure and knowledge that employees manage within your company.
- Processes, agility and key technologies: Optimise the digital tools you use in your business processes (IT).
- Digital customer offer and experience: Take into account your customer’s digital expertise.
- Digital culture: Bring all of the above together as a single whole that is necessary for good development.
